Ayam Panggang Cirebon

BAHAN:

  • 1 ekor ayam jantan (dibagi 4 ekor)
  • 8 buah cabe kriting
  • 2 buah cabe merah besar
  • 10 siung bawang putih
  • 3 buah jeruk limo
  • 100 cc kecap manis
  • 1 sdt lada
  • ½ sdt garam

CARA MEMBUATNYA:

Semua bumbu dihaluskan, lalu disatukan dengan ayamnya. Kemudian diamkan ± 1 jam, baru dipanggang.
