Mousse Cokelat

MOUSSE COKELAT

BAHAN:

  • 150 gr dark cooking chocolate, potong-potong
  • 50 gr rice krispy

MOUSSE:

  • 250 ml susu cair
  • 50 gr gula pasir
  • 15 gr tepung maizena
  • 2 butir kuning telur, kocok lepas
  • 3 sendok makan geltin, larutkan dengan sedikit air panas
  • 200 gr whipped cream, kocok kaku

CARA MEMBUAT:

  1. Siapkan cetakan mika dengan diameter 5 cm, sisihkan.
  2. Lelehkan dark cooking chocolate, angkat lalu masukkan rice krispy, aduk hingga rata.
  3. Masukkan campuran cokelat ke dasar mika, padatkan. Sisihkan.
  4. Mousse: Campur susu, gula pasir dan tepung maizena, rebus sambil terus diaduk hingga meletup-letup. matikan api, masukkan kuning telur dan larutan gelatin, aduk rata. Masak kembali dengan api kecil hingga gelatin larut, angkat dan biarkan hangat.
  5. Masukkan adonan ke dalam kocokan whipped cream, kocok hingga rata.
  6. Penyelesaian: Tuang mousse diatas adonan krispy, masukkan ke dalam lemari es hingga membeku.
